About the role

As an experienced, dynamic and collaborative People & Culture professional you will contribute to the ongoing development of our People strategy.

Reporting directly to our Head of P&C Wellness & Healthcare Categories, you'll be a strategic partner to our consumer driven categories and enabling functions.

Your day-to-day role will be highly varied, but will include responsibilities such as:
Acting as a proactive, trusted business partner, demonstrating business awareness and understanding, and providing thought leadership specific needs and priorities.

Contributing to the planning and delivery of the workforce plans to support organizational resource and capability needs, from performance & talent management to engagement with the Talent Acquisition and People Operations team

Collaborate with Organizational Effectiveness & Performance colleagues to drive the efficiency and effectiveness, and engagement.

Developing and implementing organizational development plans to drive performance and to deliver a strong talent pipeline, including training and development meets individual and team needs

Role modelling our culture and leadership behaviours including identifying the relevant enablers and tools to ensure awareness, understanding and adoption of the values and behaviours.

Coordinate P&C Operational Activities such as signposting the right tools and processes, to embed ways of working

About you

You are an experienced People & Culture professional with proven experience covering strategic and tactical human resources activities. You are a natural rapport builder and can forge strong working relationships with stakeholders up to and including the Senior Leadership team

Breadth is important to this role. No two days are the same here, so you'll need to be agile and pragmatic in your approach. You are comfortable with change and handling ambiguity, whilst delivering longer-term projects.

Your experience includes working in complex matrix structures, ideally in a start-up, or scale-up environment. Experience from Pharmaceuticals, or biotech with be desirable.
