Our client is a recognized company for services.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage and inspire the 7 people in the team (graphic designers and webmasters)
- Coordinate and supervise the technical teams (graphic designers, developers, copywriters, production manager...)
- Responsible for the updating, and develop the different websites of the brand
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Product and Corporate teams (etc.) to create coherent designs that reflect the customer culture and objectives.
- Participate in the design and management of conversion advertising campaigns and lead generation landing pages
- Set up reporting systems

PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Digital, Design or digital marketing, Marketing or equivalent
- Fluent French (C2), good knowledge of German and English (B2)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP
- Technical, writing and graphic skills
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and write for monthly reports and presentations (power point)
- Excellent communication skills, able to unite around a common objective and lead a team
- Sense of priorities, organization and planning
- Customer-oriented, pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM an asset
