Legal Operator Intern

Tasks

As a legal operator intern at Aequitec, your mission is to support the customer happiness team of Aequitec to fulfil the exceptionally high standards of our customers, e.g., board presidents of Swiss stock companies, financial services providers in the inter-banking ecosystem, the Swiss Stock Exchange. At Aequitec, you will:

- Join our Aequitec team as a legal operator for up to 6 months. Additionally and optionally, we offer the opportunity of writing your bachelor's or master's thesis with us after your internship.
- Participate in customer calls with members of the management board and sales colleagues for onboarding customers, administering on our platform and collecting structured customer requirements for product development.
- Take entrepreneurial ownership for customer happiness, e.g., define best practices, routines and learning material together with the management board and sales colleagues.
- Enjoy the delights of customer interaction on a very frequent basis.
- Translate unstructured information of customer data into our software suite.
- Support in the execution of AGMs on the customer's side.
- Work together in a diverse team with various cultural backgrounds and life experiences.

- Life-long learning about new technologies and toolkits in the broad context of finance, legal and software engineering (e.g. Blockchain, Tokenized Assets, Smart Contracts, Domain-Driven Design).
- Educational background: You are currently studying for a degree in Swiss / EU Law, e.g, ZHAW SML or completed a practical education for corporate housekeeping, e.g., as paralegal or notary assistant.
- Personal background: You have (1) a strong entrepreneurial mindset and (2) a motivation inflow from voluntary commitments, e.g., working for a local parliament, sports club or any other pro bono commitment.
- Language skills: Fluent in German & English, French and/or Italian would be a plus but is not necessary.

The shown salary range applies to a 100 percent equivalent.
