For our new showroom in Zurich, we are looking to hire a Sales Assistant to work in close partnership with our traders to ensure exceptional service to our clients. Main responsibilities include:
- As the first person our clients will meet, be the representative of WatchBox and welcome all visitors to the showroom;
- Have initial discussions with clients to ascertain their needs;
- Organize appointments between clients and traders;
- Operational work including receipt of watch deliveries from the Neuchâtel office as well as preparation of client orders for shipment;
- Ensure that the showroom is presentable and maintain the highest standards at all times;
- Organization of snacks/meals for clients in the showroom;
- Assistance to traders and management, where required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To have successfully completed a commercial or sales apprenticeship (CFC), or similar;
- To have had experience in a client-facing role, either in the hospitality industry or luxury goods and watches, or with a real desire to learn and to make our clients happy;
- Excellent communication in German and English, knowledge of other languages an advantage;
- Keen attention to detail;
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people and provide a warm welcome;
- Proactive, helpful, and flexible.
