Für unseren Kunden in Zug suchen wir einen Production Planner.

Die Abteilung Planning, Buying und Technical Launch Management ist Teil der Global Operations, welche die Bereitstellung wichtiger Healthcare-Produkte für Menschen auf der ganzen Welt sicherstellt.

Als Production Planner sind Sie zuständig für die Produktionsplanung sowie die Materialbedarfsplanung. Perfekte Kandidat*innen haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Supply Chain, mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich sowie eine hohe Schnittstellenkompetenz zu internen und externen Stakeholdern.

**Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Übernahme der Bedarfe aus dem System und Stückzahlenabgleich mit Global Planning und mit der Produktion für die nächste 18 Monate
- Erstellung und Pflege der Produktionspläne, damit die Marktnachfrage bedient werden kann
- Erfassung und Verwaltung der Planprimärbedarfe für Geräte in der Serie sowie für beschaffungskritische Spare Parts und Accessories
- Verantwortlich für die termingerechte Auslieferung der Kundenaufträge und damit die Erreichung des vorgegebene Lieferservicelevels
- Phase Out Planung von end-of-production und end-of-service Produkten
- Festlegung der Materialbedarfsplanungsparameter wie Sicherheitsbestände oder Bestelllosgrösse
- Durchführen und Auswerten von ein
- und mehrstufigen Materialbedarfsplanungen
- Verantwortlich für die Erreichung der vorgebenen Lagerbestandsziele
- Auswertungen bezüglich Forecast, Absatz-/ Produktionsplan und Lagerbestanden
- Ein
- / Auslauf-Planung und Koordination mit Produktion und Lieferanten
- Definition erforderlicher Sicherheitsbestände beim Lieferanten und erwünschte Lieferzeit von Zulieferern, in Zusammenarbeit mit strat. Procurement
- Erfassung, Pflegen und fortlaufende Kontrolle aller relevanter Einkaufs
- und Dispositionsstammdaten

**Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management, oder HF / FH Abschluss oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung in Supply Chain
- Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder vergleichbarem, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Produktionsplanung und Materialbewirtschaftung
- Hohe Schnittstellen
- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse von MS-Office und ERP Systemen, idealerweise SAP
- Stilsichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Komplexes und vernetztes Denken, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
