**How you can contribute to yamo**:
As our Demand and Supply Planner, your mission is to manage robust demand & supply plans based on forecasts provided by commercial functions to ensure the availability of the right yamo product at the right place at the right time for our customers.
- You manage item master data and ERP essential tasks relevant to the role
- You secure the relevant demand & supply plans, including timely supplier PO (purchase order) execution to ensure the right level of stocks are on hand and customer operations processes can be executed in line with the plans (commercial plans & budget)
- You manage the operational supplier relationships according to the contract & agreed on expectations
- You tend to the relevant analysis needs with the Head of the Supply Chain to understand performance gaps & improvement opportunities
- You manage stock levels according to budgeted needs & actual market situation (demand changes)
- You run the S&OP process with commercial counterparts
- You run & monitor relevant KPI analysis (OTIF, stock DOH, FCA, etc.)
- You manage supplier orders (PO=purchase order) process with finished goods production sites
- You monitor issues & report these to the Head of SCM for remediation
- You support supplier invoice reviews & supplier performance meetings
- You improve the content & quality of the S&OP discussions (forward-looking, decision-oriented work)
- You improve base planning processes (demand & supply planning) with the BI team to allow better visibility and easier ways of working for self
**What sets you up for success**:
- You have at least one or two years of professional work experience in operational & supply management.
- You are experienced in demand & supply planning, managing PO (purchase order) toward suppliers.
- You have experience in stock control & stock management
- You are experienced in liaising with suppliers for operational matters daily
- You have Food/FMCG/CPG industry experience
- You are experienced in managing master data for planning purposes & item master data.
- You can make operative decisions on his/her/its own and can back them up with the relevant thought process.
- You are open and have a mentally flexible attitude
- You are structured and diligent in following up on open tasks/issues
- You are self-reflective, willing to learn from mistakes
- You are driven and develop yourself on the job
- You can see the broader picture (implications of the planning actions)
- You have good analytical skills (for planning, controlling & reviewing activities and performance)
- You speak both German and English.
