Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking **Demand Planner EMEA **to join our TEAM located in **Zug.**

**System OMP**
- Support seamless enhancement of new system to forecasting and finance partners as Demand Subject Matter Expert.
- Review statistical forecast generated and provide input on any changes required.

**IBP - Market Intelligence (Customer & Marketing Events)**:

- Participates in Regional Demand Review and facilitate Market Demand Review forums by driving conversation with Country managers and their teams including preparation of key reports, metrics, and measures (forecast attainment, MAPE & BIAS).
- Collect information and collaborate with other functions such as Marketing, Sales, Finance etc. to identify events.
- Incorporate Customer and/or Market event demand that is not yet captured through the use representative sales history and statistical modelling.
- Generate scenarios considering products, past event data, customer/market analysis, cannibalization, substitution, and other relevant parameters.

**Product Lifecycle (NPI and End of Life)**:

- Collect information and collaborate with other Supply Chain functions, as well as with Marketing and Sales, and Finance.
- Utilize alternative methods such as market models, life cycle profiles, and data substitution to generate scenarios testing sensitivity to an array of parameters to arrive and align on the most probable forecast.
- Generate and update system forecast for new products and end of life exceptions.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Enables PLAN to deliver/improve service & inventory targets by delivering/improving forecast measures for her/his portfolio.
- Provide demand input to the S&OP process to allow for transparency of risks and opportunities.
- Responsible for monthly demand forecast dollarization in alignment with regional finance.

**Qualifications**:

- University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics & Predictive Analytics.
- Supply Chain Certification (APICS, IBF etc.) desirable.
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience required.
- Effective communication and social skills required to translate data analytics into business insights delivery memorable executive presentations motivating change.
- Sophisticated proficiency of various Data & Analytics tools, with demonstrated business results in optimizing business processes required.
- Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred.
- Project Management/leadership experience preferred.
- E2E Supply Chain, Plan, or Make experience preferred.
