Join the dynamic Front Design & Enablement team as a Project Manager with the responsibility to further develop and drive the Front organisation design strategy in close collaboration with the various stakeholders in the Bank - with the goal to support the Bank’s growth ambitions.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
Take ownership of Front Design and Enablement deliverables and/or activities, e.g.:

- Drive projects, enablement initiatives and activities that address the Front operation model
- Actively leverage data analytics to manage Front enablement projects from planning and concept development to driving the implementation and roll-out
- Play an active role in implementing globally applicable Front guiding principles
- Ensure close alignment/ sounding with Front representatives, specialists and stakeholders across the organisation to define strategic priorities supporting the establishment of optimal team setups and Front role profiles
- Align design and enablement activities with goals for the Front teams and drive implementation with trainings and Front-oriented communication measures
- Coordinate and facilitate Front Design Board meetings
- Manage ad-hoc tasks related to Front Design & Enablement team scope

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with Front Office, HR and/or consulting and change management responsibilities
- Good knowledge of the private banking industry - good understanding of Front perspective
- Strong strategic, conceptual and organisational skills with profound experience in project management and business analysis affinity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team-oriented and enjoying collaborating with diverse stakeholders, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcome
- A structured workstyle, strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- The ability to visualize complex data and information using MS Office
