- und Festivalveranstalterin und Fullservice-Agentur in der Schweizer Musik
- und Eventbranche. Gemeinsam kreieren wir unvergessliche Live-Momente und entwickeln und begleiten Karrieren von Künstler:innen. Kommunikation und Musik sind deine Leidenschaft? Deine Aufgaben - Erarbeitung und Ausführung von Marketing
- und Kommunikationsmassnahmen für Konzerte inklusiv Budgetplanung/-verantwortung, Medienarbeit, Planung und Umsetzung Marketing-/Kommunikationsaktivitäten, Betreuung Medien/Fotografen - Projektleitung mit Fokus PR + Promotion für Künstler:innen und Events - Organisation und Umsetzung von Promoterminen für Künstler:innen - Entwicklung Kommunikationsstrategien und Kampagnen - Akquise und Betreuung von Medienkooperationen - Ansprechpartner:in für Journalisten, Agenten, Medienpartner, Plattenfirmen und Lieferanten - Verfassen von Pressetexten und Newsletters - Administrative Aufgaben Das bringst du mit - Ausbildung und/oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Journalismus, Marketing und Kommunikation - Leidenschaft für die Kultur
- und Musikbranche - Flair fürs Schreiben und ein Gespür für spannende Geschichten - Affinität zur Medienwelt und Social Media Plattformen (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.) - Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Kenntnisse in Französisch von Vorteil - Organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Musikbranche und bestehendem Netzwerk in der Medienwelt - Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse - Begeisterung und Freude Neues anzupacken und mitzugestalten - Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil - Du übernimmst Verantwortung und führst deine Tasks proaktiv und selbständig - Du beherrscht die Kommunikationsinstrumente über alle Kanäle - Du hast Freude am Einsatz bei Konzerten und Events und im Umgang mit Journalisten - Du arbeitest gerne in einem kleinen Team und projektübergreifend - Du arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten den Durchblick
