Marketing Project Manager

This position reports to the Business Unit Head and is part of the Profiler Business Unit located in Basel (Switzerland) and will be an on-site role.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Promoting customer success stories through the creation of case studies, webinars, posters, etc. and maintaining a network of KOLs among our user community.
- Planning, coordinating, and managing all BU specific marketing activities with corporate marketing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand the value of our enterprise software solutions and translate this into marketing material highlighting business values.
- Planning and managing marketing campaigns to generate quality leads through traditional (in-person) and digital channels (mailers, webinars, etc.).
- Driving lead generation through marketing material and supporting the sales team’s lead nurturing activities.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Degree, Masters, or Ph.D. in life or data science.
- 5+ years’ experience with precision medicine / biomarker research in biopharma and familiarity with industry processes and challenges.
- Proficiency in project management, experience with project management tools and processes.
- Knowledge of enterprise software
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a proven track record of creating high-quality marketing content for different audiences and channels.
- Ability to collaborate, network, and influence in a cross-functional environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of initiative, dedication to quality of work, attention to detail, and a hands-on attitude.
- Interest in enterprise business development and sales, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- English to native/bilingual level (written and spoken).
