Marketing Operations

**Job Purpose**:
The Marketing Teams and Hubs in Switzerland, Brazil, Spain and Poland, act as Global Marketing + Digital Operation Organization running more than 5000 projects, tasks and tickets p.a. in close collaboration with the local and regional teams. The Marketing Operations / Project Manager Trainee should grow into the role of an Intake and Resource Management Coordinator b) to build and maintain the portfolios for the international production teams and hubs and optimize processes in the lights of digital transformation, high speed development, different time zones and multicultural teams.

**Tasks**:

- Support Team, Tribe and Hub (MOS) Leaders of Marketing and all stakeholders to balance demand / intake and requests (tasks, projects, tickets) of the countries, franchises and brands on one side with resource management of the involved service and production teams on the other side.
- Interact and align with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders from different brands, franchise countries as well as the service and production teams
- Have an overview of incoming requests, projects and tasks and build a bridge to production, execution and implementation in an inspiring way, and grow into the role of a connector
- Observe, analyze, review and optimize communication and production processes
- Transition the mechanics and processes to ADOBE WORKFRONT for easy intake processes, straightforward resource allocation and assignment, efficiency gains, automated transparency, reporting and dashboards and also digitally supported planning
- Act as a consultant to internal customers to advice in WORKFRONT and to support internal stakeholders and teams to set up things properly
- Support training and onboarding of new team members and vendors / partners at HQ or the Marketing Operations Studios
- Continuously assess and improve processes along the marketing operation process and marketing project management office
- Support management to manage respective cost budgets, to manage proper resource planning within a project or work package, vendor and agency relationships where required

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience or any other postgraduate and professional qualifications
- Non-hierarchical team-oriented attitude
- Experience within a marketing / or sales organization
- Project management training or equivalent (SCRUM, PMP, etc.,)
- Scrum or agile project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with result orientation
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive and accountable person with distinct interpersonal skills to cultivate a network of effective working relationships in an international matrix environment
- Energetic, commercial, and performance-driven team player with entrepreneurial spirit and strong marketing and commercial execution abilities
- A passion for recent technology tools and full understanding of global digital marketing platforms
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Used to live and work in a multicultural environment
- High level of integrity and commitment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is an advantage
