**Commercial Operation Support Manager**

Sobi is looking for a Marketing coordinator supporting the Pegcetacoplan Commercial Team in daily, marketing related operations as well as supporting the Core Asset Lead.

**Key responsibilities**
- Supporting team with in marketing material productions and document preparation and associated presentations (agency contacts, Veeva approvals, adjustments using Creative Cloud programs (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe professional)
- IFS Handling of SOW, purchase orders and invoices
- Assisting with administrative tasks for national/international events (i.e. scientific congresses, ad boards, expert meetings)
- Support to and from Legal, e.g. contracts/agreements as well Transparency report

**Desired experiences / Competencies**
- 2 years’ experience in an international working environment, preferably with Marketing background
- Solid administrative assistant experience is highly desired as well as a coordinator function (project leadership)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe PDF)
- Language: English (Fluent both verbally and in writing)

**Location**

The position will be based in Basel, Switzerland
