- Do you like to meet new people every day? Are you ready to source, screen and hire the best talent for our bank?
- We're looking for someone like you to:
- be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse profiles in our Chief Operating Office business area in Wealth Management
- rapidly grasp the needs of hiring managers whilst building trust with them and their HR business partners
- collaborate closely with colleagues across the HR organization

**Your expertise**
- previous recruitment and research experience gained in either an agency or large corporation
- a flair for multi-tasking, even when the going gets tough
- effective stakeholder management skills - you're comfortable being challenged
- excellent negotiation and communication skills
- passionate about providing a top-notch service
- willing to work hard to leave a positive impression on everyone you meet
- fluency in German preferred
