For our Marketing Team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland we are looking for a

**JUNIOR GLOBAL MARKETING**
**CAMPAIGNS MANAGER (M/F/X - 100%)**

The Junior Marketing Campaigns Manager is globally responsible for the successful implementation and management of IWC's campaigns across all marketing verticals - from offline to online. In this role, he/she is working closely with internal colleagues and stakeholders and acts as a first contact for all campaign management questions.

The Manager is managing the yearly planning process of headquarters campaigns. In this role he/she supervises and monitors the department implementation of the global strategy in close co-operation with the Department Manager Global Marketing Campaigns.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
360 MARKETING
- Drive, coordinate and implement IWC’s entire campaigns across all marketing verticals and other relevant departments (Advertising, Digital, Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Creative Center, Sales, CRM)
- First contact and consultant for HQ stakeholders, local marketing managers and IWC management
- Secure Message, Corporate Design & Brand Campaign consistency
- Monitoring and revision of all activation elements to guarantee respective campaign deadlines
- Keep track on status quo, strategy-implementation and lead the roadmap within the internal Campaign Orchestration Workforce process (leading weekly alignment calls, creating meeting planning decks, supervising campaign and marketing planner as well as agenda set up, task manager and minutes)
- Supervision of local implementation in conjunction with the Global Implementation Manager within the Activation Committee process (alignment and integration of information to Campaign Orchestration Workforce process)
- Analysis and reporting on campaigns on a regularly basis
- Exploring new trends and ways to successful campaign orchestration
- Supporting the creation and production of the diverse projects in cooperation with internal peers and external agencies
- Additional Projects:

- Coordination with partners
- Strategic planning for future projects
- Organization of (post-)production, watches, models etc. for photo shootings

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed university degree with a major in Marketing or Marketing-Communications
- First experience in the project management of complex marketing projects with a focus on client centric activations
- Strong passion for intelligent creative solutions
- Hands on attitude as well as excellent communication skills which support interaction at all levels of the organization are required
- Open minded and dependable team player with the ability to work responsibly and independently
- Possess knowledge and passion for the IWC Brand, previous experience in the luxury industry is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken fluency of the English and German languages are required, other language skills are a plus
