**(JUNIOR) PROJECT MANAGER EVENTS**

**(M/W/X - 100%)**

Grow with IWC In this broad event organization role, you will be responsible for the content and logistics of IWC Schaffhausen's prestigious international live communication projects such Watches & Wonders Geneva, global Formula 1TM Activations or Goodwood Members Meeting, together with internal and external staff worldwide.

**Duration**: Permanent

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Creation and implementation of sustainable, digital, and physical event concepts and brand experiences
- Handling of relevant stakeholders, including agencies or suppliers and collaboration with other departments for 360° activations
- Independent coordination, organisation, and management of event projects, including venue research, catering, set design, graphic design, technical implementation, and other logistics
- Hands-on involvement in global events and sponsorship activations throughout event cycle
- Onsite support and execution
- Responsibility for guest management: Handling of invitations, tracking of participants, and coordination of onsite transfers during planning, implementation, and post-processing phases
- Administrative support of event team regarding budgeting, reporting and logistics
- Management of internal broadcasting studio and event materials
- Ensuring global events are on brand and in line with strategy and guidelines

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Education in marketing or communication as well as first professional experience as an event manager in internationally operating agencies and large service companies
- First project management experience
- Organizational talent and strong communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure
- Sound knowledge of project management
- Absolute customer orientation, interdisciplinary thinking and acting as well as reliability and flexibility
- Reliable and competent team player
- Open-mindedness and the ability to work on your own initiative
- Willing to work evenings and weekends and to travel approx. 10% of the time
- Very good written and spoken English, German and other languages are an advantage.
