**What it's about**

The Private Equity internship is an opportunity for a young professional with top credentials to launch a career with a world-leading Private Equity manager and join their investment team. As part of this internship, you will:

- Support the Health & Life Private Equity team on all aspects related to sourcing and execution of private equity investments and portfolio management
- Assess and value prospective investment opportunities
- Model business plans, LBO structures and investment returns
- Participate actively in due diligence workstreams on prospective investments (e.g. financial, commercial, tax and legal due diligence)
- Draft internal investment recommendation documents
- Conduct various other tasks related to deal sourcing, thematic research, product reporting and marketing

**What we expect**
- Top performing students in the final phase/have completed their study at a leading university, ideally focused on Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- Initial experience (12 months minimum) in Private Equity, M&A, Strategy Consulting, Leveraged Finance or Transaction Services at a top tier firm
- Strong interest for the healthcare sector and desire to develop industry-specific knowledge
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent teamwork skills within international settings (European languages will be considered a plus)
- A high energy level coupled with a strong desire to learn and succeed, along with an impeccable work ethic and a professional demeanor
