**The Role**:
We are looking for a **Database Administrator **to innovate, win and grow with us in** Geneva**

**How you'll contribute**:

- Understands, follows, and contributes to the refinement of team processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve system availability, performance concerns as well as ensure system security.
- Create and maintain encryption and replication strategies between various database environments.

**If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you.**
- Drives work to closure.
- Previous direct experience working as a Database Administrator
- Shows pride in the quality of work being done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate previous experience with automation and configuration management tools
- Performed tuning utilizing indexes, disk and query optimizations, and other methods
- Experience with database replication and failover mechanisms.
- Examples of previous work with encryption methodologies for databases.
- Able to work with database clustering techniques
- Experience with at least two of the following database technologies (Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant experience
