Own the administration of our HR System (Workday), ensuring data accuracy and process compliance
- Prepare and maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making and optimize hiring outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3 or more years of experience in a recruiting coordination, HR operations, or business support role
- Structured, pro-active personality with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and a solution / client-oriented mindset
- Curiosity, ownership, and the ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced environment
