With 80 guest rooms and suites and three dining outlets, we provide our guests with the highest level of comfort and exceptional service.

Your tasks

Als Housekeeping Attendant sind Sie verantwortlich für

  • Fachgerechte Reinigung und Pflege von Gästezimmern, öffentlichen Bereichen und Back-of-House-Räumen
  • Durchführung des Turndown-Services sowie Bearbeitung von Gästeanfragen
  • Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Reinigungs
  • und Pflegeprodukten unter Einhaltung von Hygiene
  • und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Weiterleitung von Fundsachen an das Housekeeping-Büro
  • Meldung von technischen Defekten an die zuständigen Abteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei Sonderaufgaben im Housekeeping-Bereich
  • Verwaltung und Verteilung von Wäsche, Gäste
  • und Minibar-Artikeln an die Etagenlager
  • Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Gästewäsche sowie Ausgabe von Hoteluniformen

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for

  • Professional cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Performing turndown service and handling guest requests
  • Responsible use of cleaning supplies in compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Forwarding lost and found items to the housekeeping office
  • Reporting technical defects to the relevant departments
  • Assisting with special tasks within the housekeeping department
  • Managing and distributing laundry, guest amenities, and minibar items to floor storage rooms
  • Processing and managing guest laundry, as well as issuing hotel uniforms
