**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du übernimmst das LifeCycle Management von Applikationen, vorwiegend Standard
- und Fachapplikationen
- Zudem bist du für den 2nd-Level-Support verantwortlich und koordinierst innerhalb der Gruppengesellschaften und mit den Lieferanten
- Die Betreuung und Überwachung von Schnittstellen, Spezifikationen sowie die Bewertung von neuen Systemanforderungen fallen ebenfalls in deinen Aufgabenbereich.
- Du parametrierst und dokumentierst Applikationen und Schnittstellen
- Darüber hinaus erstellst du Konzepte wie zum Beispiel Notfallkonzepte, Ausfall
- und Schutzbedarf

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast einen höheren Abschluss in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder verfügst über eine einschlägige Weiterbildung
- Deine Erfahrung und Kenntnisse erstrecken sich über das Parametrisieren (insbesondere Power Shell), SQL-Scripting, SKQL, und idealerweise weitere Fähigkeiten wie HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.
- Du besitzt umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich des Microsoft 365 Umfelds, einschliesslich Teams, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, DevOps
- Zudem hast du Erfahrungen mit: Confluence/Jira, ERP Kenntnisse in Dynamics 365 und in der Implementierung von Systemen und Konfigurationen (User Management, AD, Azure Cloud AD) vorhanden
- In deutschsprachigen Fachdiskussionen überzeugst du mühelos deine Ansprechpartner
