- Major Activities:
- Structure and optimize the Local Customer Service Teams
- Build the RLT Customer Service model, define the function and drive its execution in partnership with International Market teams
- Manage cross functional partnerships with Logistics, Production, Sales and Marketing, Medical, Finance, Digital to implement the Customer Service function
- Standardize processes to create Customer Service SOPs
- Lead Innovation evolution to RLT Customer and Service solutions
- Customer service for new geographies
- Lead and support the International Market teams in creating a RLT Customer Service function
- Leverage existing RLT knowledge and partner with local affiliates to identify a model that balances local market requirements and consistency in customer experience across the International Markets and maximizes efficiency of the new function and Customer Service operations
- Subject matter expert for Customer Service platforms
- Be a key customer and driver of the ROME ordering system
- Drive deployment and evolution of a case management platform

**Minimum requirements**
- Education: Advanced university degree in Business or related preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Radio-Ligand Therapy or similarly complex therapies
- 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer customer service
- Experience of developing and implementing SoPs, and creating/deploying team trainings
- Understanding of complex production and supply chain
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Experience in above-country role, successfully partnering and enabling local teams
- Proficiency in translating complex technical topics into business language for internal and external stakeholders
- Aligned with Novartis Values & Behaviours
- Language(s): Fluency in spoken and written English; other languages helpful but not required
