**Sales Support Coordinator**:

- Rüti, CH, 8630
- With dedication and initiative, you will support our sales team in the administrative processing of our international machine projects
- You will prepare offers, contracts, and framework agreements in close collaboration with our sales managers and the technical department
- Entering all relevant data into our systems and working closely with customer project managers will ensure efficient and successful execution of our machine projects
- As a future key user of our CRM tool, you will actively contribute to its implementation and ongoing development
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyses, as well as preparing key figures and reports, will round off your exciting area of responsibility
- You have a commercial education (KV or HF/FH) and have already gained initial work experience, ideally in internal sales
- You feel particularly comfortable in an industrial environment and appreciate interacting with international customers and colleagues
- You always think and act in a service
- and customer-oriented manner and stand out with your proactive, structured, and independent way of working
- As an organizational talent, you love designing efficient processes and continuously developing and optimizing them
- Whether in German or English - you communicate confidently, fluently, and persuasively, both in writing and verbally
