Are you passionate about leading a team and taking ownership? Do you want to work in an agile, self-organized environment where collaboration, trust, and innovation are paramount? Then, our motivated DevOps Team wants to hear from you. Our goal is to continuously improve our TriParty Agent Platform and SFTR systems and driving innovation. We offer 3 days home office a week and a lot more.

**What You Will Do**:

- leading and managing a DevOps team of 9 people
- ensuring stable operation, change and life cycle management
- responsible for Incident management
- developing new features and improvements
- manage various stakeholders and vendors
- providing on-call services (every 10th week), home office is possible

**What You Bring**:

- + 5 years of experience as an “Application Manager” within an agile environment having lead team of “DevOps Engineers”
- broad working knowledge in deployment and configuration management tools on Unix systems
- good know-how in Java, SQL, Messaging and ideally in Docker and OpenShift
- high motivation, team player personality, good interpersonal skills
- good verbal and written English and German would be a plus
