‍‍ As **Application Manager** at Ivy Partners, you will:

- Coordinate all activities concerning a specific change/project in a scaled agile and waterfall environment
- Implementation of changes
- Organize the User Acceptance Testing related to changes
- Provide support in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Investigate technical incidents and ensure 3rd level maintenance support in cooperation with the maintenance and engineer-ing teams as well as with customers
- Create training material and train technical staff
- Establish and maintain relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as contact person for change managers regarding the planning and implementation of minor to major changes

**About you**:
You will be **THE perfect match** if:

- You have experience like Application manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager or Product Owner
- You have a technical background, Java has no secrets for you
- You work with agile methodology and the SAFe framework
- You have practical experience with test automation
- You have practical knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Polarion
- You speak english, german is a plus

And if **humanly speaking**:

- You have srong analytical and high organizational skills
- You have ability to quickly understand business needs and to take initiatives and decisions
- You have team spirit with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
