Product Owner

We are looking for a talented Product Owner (flexible working time and partial remote work possible) to join our growing team in Lausanne, Switzerland.

As a product owner, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
You are experienced in the field of software development, you are passionate about your craft, and you look to work in a team. You enjoy learning and sharing good practices. Your definition of “done” includes your customers' satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Ultimately, you should lead by example and engage the team to achieve their goal.

**Responsibilities**
- Build the vision of the product and convey it to the team
- Create the product roadmap together with head of product, business analysts and development team
- Elaborate user stories and manage product backlog priorities based on the product strategy
- Manage stakeholders expectations acting as the key person between development and business
- Lead the product release plans and ensure coordination between development, marketing, sales and customer support
- Follow competitors and industry

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a product owner or a product manager
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Decision-making skills.
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
- Previous experience in geospatial, cartography, surveying, GIS, BIM is a strong plus.
- Previous work experience as a team leader or supervisor is a plus.
- Proficient English language skills, written and spoken.
