**Product Owner (70-80%)**:
‘Salut’ from Lausanne and Fribourg, ‘grüezi’ from St. Gallen, Zurich, Basel and Bern: we are Liip, a Swiss digital agency with a strong mindset. Around 200 experts in strategy, creation and development working in an agile way in self-organised teams using Holacracy. **A day as a Product Owner**:
- You strive in a fast-paced environment and can lead (sometimes multiple) projects
- You easily understand the customer’s business and needs
- You are used to working with roadmaps and negotiating budgets and deadlines
- You support our clients’ Product Owners by suggesting improvements and developing strategies together with the team
- You are at ease with development teams and very familiar with web development
- You are comfortable with pitching new ideas to clients
**Your profile as a Product Owner**:
- You have several years of experience in the development of appreciable digital products as a Product Owner or Project Manager
- You value independent, self-organised work
- You listen to customers and understand their needs
- You’re (really) organised and proactive in everything you do
- You speak French and English
