We surround ourselves with junior to expert consultants with strong development potential, whom we support in their professional goals. **About the job**: - Develop and monitor production and supply plans based on sales forecasts and operational requirements. - Ensure optimal stock levels and safety margins to prevent supply disruptions. - Collaborate with production, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure a smooth supply chain process. - Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of raw materials. - Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions in case of deviations. - Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, GDP) in supply chain processes. **About you**: - University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering. - 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Planning within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar industries. - Proficient in ERP tools and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, GDP). - Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. - Fluent in French and English. **What we offer**: - A permanent contract and innovative projects - An attractive remuneration policy - Personalized management and continuous learning to develop your career - Great team spirt and an integration within the "Tribe" Type d'emploi : 100% Lieu du poste : En présentiel
