Tasks:

- Build delivery plans for products in close collaboration with their Supply Chain department.
- Ensure adequation between demand and supply forecast plannings on products.
- Establish and communicate priorities to our secondary packaging sub-contractor.
- Ensure proper SAP flow of products from the packaging of our products to their delivery to our customer (bottleneck management).
- Maintain SAP Master Data on products and check their adequation with the SAP Master Data at sub-contractor and customer.
- Ensure stock levels management over the supply chain, respecting DSI (Days Sales of Inventory) targets.
- Further develop the current above processes to optimize them.
- Maintain KPIs on supply chain.

Job Profile:

- Minimum 5 years in a similar position of Supply Chain Management. Experience in pharmaceutical/ medical devices environment.
- Engineer or equivalent.
- Proven experience in SAP: MRP run, forecasting, inbound/outbound processes, scheduling agreements, vendor stock, master data.
- Excel and Powerpoint fluent (data analysis, reporting).
- English fluent.
- German fluent an asset.
- French fluent an asset.
- Communication skills with all Supply Chain stakeholders (suppliers, customers,).
- Customer focus and decision maker.
- Reporting and analytical skills.
