**Regulatory Affairs Associate Director, Digestive Health Category, Consumer Care M/F/d**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Leading and managing the Regulatory Affairs Digestive Health Team of 2-3 direct reports
- Overseeing the development and implementation of new product global regulatory strategies and timelines for assigned projects
- Ensuring that proper and timely new product registration in identified countries is aligned with overall Digestive Health business objectives
- Monitoring global industry regulations and guidelines and adjusting regulatory strategies accordingly, identifying and plans to mitigate regulatory risks as the environment requires
- Deputizing as needed for Category RA head for NDH Unit in governance/decision bodies such, NMPL if needed
- Leading Regulatory due diligence activities for the Digestive Health area

**WHO YOU ARE**
- An advanced degree (M.S., M.B.A, Ph.D.) is preferred with 10+ years of experience in comparable position
- Proven international regulatory experience in consumer health care
- Expertise in European regulations for medicinal products
- Strong decision‐making skills, entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
