Automobile Area Sales Manager

Nous recherchons en exclusivité pour un de nos clients, constructeur automobile international de premier plan, un(e) **Area Sales Manager** en charge de la Suisse Romande.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et de service (pièces et accessoires) sur la zone de responsabilité.
- Suivre et analyser la performance vente et service des agents, en termes de marges, discount, productivité et rentabilité globale.
- Mise en place de plans d’actions.
- En charge de l’atteinte des objectifs de suivi client, process et formation.
- Suivre la satisfaction client ainsi que l’image et la présentation de la marque dans le réseau.
- Contrôler la conformité des agents aux standards de la marque.
- Développer et conseiller sur la communication locale à travers un plan d’action marketing efficace en ligne avec le plan national.
- Soutenir et conseiller les agents et promouvoir de solides relations avec les agents.
- Motiver et inciter les agents via des activités événementielles.
- Assurer une étude permanente sur des nouveaux agents potentiels.
- Développement commercial de flottes.
- Développement de l’activité de voitures d’occasion.
- Adhérer, soutenir et gérer tout projet ou demande d’entreprise.

**Votre profil**:

- **Français et anglais courant**. Allemand ou Suisse-allemand un réel avantage
- Compréhension avérée de la culture et de la structure de distribution automobile en Suisse
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles de négociation et de communication
- Fort leadership et capacité à prendre des initiatives
- Flexibilité et adaptabilité dans un environnement en évolution
- Assumer la responsabilité des objectifs de vente
- Expérience dans la vente au détail de voitures
- Connaissances intermédiaires en marketing et promotion.
