**What you will do**

As a Welcome Rockstar, you will participate in the daily tasks of the department while being the guarantor of the W spirit and concept and of the brand's standards.
You will welcome and take care of customers from check-in to check-out with enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure a WOW effect.
Your Insider side and passionate about the brand will allow you to inform customers about hotel services, conditions of stay, and any other request, in order to guarantee a memorable experience.
You will carry out the verification and invoicing of services, the collection of bills and the control of deferred payments.

**What we are looking for**:
Previous reception experience in a 5* hotel.

You speak fluently French & English

Other languages is a plus (German)

You already have worked with Opera
