**About the role**:
As Lead Tech Recruiter you will develop, drive and implement recruiting strategies that will drive iptiQ growth in Europe. In addition, the position holder will coordinate a hard-working recruiting team and partner with the business to hire outstanding talent.

The main roles and responsibilities
- Act as Tech Recruiting Lead having a full oversight about hiring strategy and drive end-to-end hiring activities
- Partner with managers across Europe (primarily Netherlands, Switzerland, and Slovakia) to understand challenges in attracting tech talent and implement creative solutions
- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters through the entire recruiting life cycle
- Establish positive relationships with hiring managers, use your experience to help them craft relevant job postings that speak to the growth minds and influence the processes to ensure effective and efficient recruitment
- Creatively scout and source talent on LinkedIn as well as other sources, find the talent that isn’t looking to be found
- Partner with employer branding to make iptiQ as great place to work for tech talent across Europe
- Some travel to Zurich and Netherlands required (to attend job fairs, tech recruiting events and combine with face-to-face touch with business)

**About the Team**:
You will be part of the Recruitment EMEA team based in Bratislava who handles full cycle recruitment. The team explores and implements practices that allow us position iptiQ as attractive employer and hire exceptional talent.

**About you**:
Who you are?
- You have worked as an in-house recruiter or in recruiting consulting for at least 5 years for software, internet or tech company.
- You are experienced in full cycle recruiting and you are able to translate business needs into a recruitment strategy.
- You understand what makes a person a good fit for a job and vice versa.
- You enjoy building strong relationships and know how to communicate around highly personal topics such as motivation, compensation, career progression.
- You have international recruiting experience (preferred)
- You have experience in leading initiatives and projects
- You are happy to travel regularly
- Proficient English is a must, German desired
