**Your team responsibilities**
MSCI has an opportunity for a Global lead for Climate Recruiting. Based in Zurich, the role is responsible for delivery of regional recruiting activity pertaining to attracting, assessing, hiring, onboarding/assimilation of Climate aligned talent at all levels* which in turn will enable MSCI to deliver on its strategic and growth goals. Additionally, the role includes global coordination and relationship management of Climate aligned recruiting across the firm.

Reporting to the EMEA Head of Talent Attraction & Mobility, this is a build and transformation role in an environment that moves at pace. MSCI has ambitious strategic and commercial targets, has a result driven focus, fully embedded performance, and growth culture, and does not stand still. This is an opportunity to be part of something truly exciting as the firm scales at pace to enable the next 10+ years of success.

Priorities will include recruiting into key strategic roles, influencing global understanding & strategy of the Talent Attraction & Mobility function, and embedding a tech enabled and data driven recruitment process. Naturally, management of relationships with internal and external partners, an understanding of our business and priorities, stakeholder engagement, immersive DE&I practices, and the ability to create & deliver on a vision that contributes to the bottom line are critical to success.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Partnering MSCI’s Climate leaders to understand current and future talent needs in conjunction with local, regional, and global market trends to create relevant strategies both regionally and globally
- Building talent pipelines across EMEA for climate aligned talent across sales, technology, research, data and operations.
- End to end recruitment (sourcing, screening, assessment) in line with MSCI’s global practices to identify, assess and culturally onboard top talent
- Evolving thought leadership and bringing the outside into all HR and performance practices through continuous benchmarking and innovation

**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- Exceptional stakeholder, management, coaching, influencing and communication skills
- A commercial mind, business acumen and experience of build and transformation experience
- 10+ years’ experience in recruiting roles in financial services, corporate or tech organizations
- Familiarity in job boards & sourcing technology & social media - engaging passive talent directly
- An ability to understand skills and career path mapping that relates to business growth & strategy
- Curiosity, self-starting and proactive attitude
- A data driven ability to make decisions
