We are an owner-managed disruptive independent corporate finance partner backed by sales, technology and industry DNA and offer you the opportunity to work in an exciting environment and to build up an appropriate network. A steep and diverse learning curve in international projects is what we can offer, due to our team with various backgrounds.

**Your role**:

- Deal Leader: Leading Buy & build and portfolio projects on your own responsibility and holistically from the first strategy analyses through the entire management of the transaction process (including negotiations) to post closing
- Point of Contact: Communication and interaction with customers / owners / C-Level management and industry experts
- Creation of resolutions and M&A evaluations for top management
- Participation in national and international M&A transactions and further Corporate Finance projects
- Project-related analysis of company, industry and market information
- Implementation of company valuations
