**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Mitarbeit im Gesamtprozess der Kreditoren
- und Debitorenbuchhaltung; einscannen, indexieren, kontrollieren bis zur Verbuchung und Überwachung der Kreditoren-/Debitorenrechnungen im SAP
- Kreditoren-/Debitorenstammdatenpflege in SAP
- Kontrolle der Kreditkartenabrechnungen und Barauslagen auf dessen Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit gemäss internen Weisungen mit anschliessender Verarbeitung in SAP
- Abstimmen der Durchlaufkonten auf monatlicher Basis
- Optimierung von bestehenden Prozessabläufen
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei laufenden SAP-Projekten

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Berufslehre
- Weiterbildung Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kreditoren
- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Ausgewiesene Projekterfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Hohe IT-Affinität
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP (FI)
- Fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Selbständige, effiziente, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Loyale, zuverlässige, kundenorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit
- Teamfähige, motivierte, engagierte, flexible und ausdauernde Person mit hohem Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes Denken und gute Priorisierung
