**Brand Heritage Intern (M/W)**
This internship will be starting in April and for 6 months. As part of the global Marketing team, the Brand Heritage Intern will support the Heritage team in the conservation and management of the Tag Heuer sites.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organising of historic watches including audit, SAP creation and stock control
- Support project management of museum refurbishment
- Work with the team on the update of digital assets and organisation
- Collaboration with the logistics department on the shipments for international exhibitions
- Support with factory visits including booking of resources, such as department availability, catering, based on attendance and dates
- Plan the itinerary for the visits, including the museum and manufacture
- General administrative support within the department, including processing of acquisitions invoices
- You have a genuine interest in the watchmaking industry
- You are fluent in English and French with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- You are able to prioritize, plan, and organize work and deliverables
- You are a team player, but you can work independently with a great capacity to match deadlines
- You can interact smoothly with different departments and hierarchy levels and pay a great attention to detail
