**THE JOB**:
We are currently searching for a **Product Complaint Associate** to join our QA team to be responsible for ensuring that product complaints are processed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), effectively and efficiently supports this business processes, is continually improved and inspection ready.

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Product Complaint lead, as part of the Quality System team, you will
- Work closely on daily operations the product quality complaints lead and Head of Quality System.
- Manage product quality complaints investigations with relevant groups to identify root cause and corrective actions.
- Support the Management of the Documentation System.
- Support identification of gaps/risks and opportunities for continuous improvement of the QMS and work on their remediation and implementation respectively.
- Work across all Covis Pharma functions (Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, etc) to support and ensure that all applicable internal Quality Standards/Policies and legislative requirements are maintained.
- Deviations and CAPAs Management as needed to support the complaint process.
- Support inspection preparation and self-inspection as well as inspection outcome.

**FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:

- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in pharmaceutical, science or related field.
- Previous 2-3 years of QA GMP experience and prefer with the Product Complaint process
- Experience with management of QMS preferred, especially eQMS.
- Good collaboration, communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent, reliable and communicative personality who can deliver high-quality work even under pressure and handle several projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (written and oral), German is an advantage
