Weekly Hours: 40 hours

**Tasks**:

- Building effective QA processes for the company.
- Formation of a testing strategy focused on fast delivery.
- QA Technology Stack Management.
- Management of all QA departments.

**Our expectations**:

- Work experience in C-level positions for at least 1 year.
- Backend and front-end testing automation experience (we use java and python).
- Experience in building CI and implementing Quality Gateways.
- Experience in building QA in product development and in-team processes.
- Good systemic thinking and the ability to understand complex multicomponent systems.
- The ability to analyze the problems at the level of technology and team processes and fix them.

**Will be a plus**:

- Experience in load testing.

**Additionally**:

- Willingness to discuss relocation to Georgia;
- The ability to work from anywhere in the world.
