Tasks

Globalization and digitalization, social and environmental impact, changing business models, the quest for competitiveness, the need for flexibility and responsiveness, etc. It is in this complex economic context - involving paradigm shifts - that managers must define their company's strategy and their need for operational excellence, regardless of their sector of activity.

As part of our strategy to strengthen our local presence in Western Switzerland, you will be part of our Geneva multi-disciplinary team, with the objective to become the trusted advisor of our local Chief Sales Officers, CRM Managers and Customer Experience Managers in their major transformations:

- Work in a project team, under the supervision of a manager, to help clients to improve and transform their organizations and operations
- Perform impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis, document preparation, research and project management
- Continuously look to develop and strengthen your consulting skills

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
- First experience in consulting or business-related field
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills (quantitative and qualitative)
- Ability to communicate your findings and the value they bring to clients with impact orally and in writing
- Native French speaker, business fluent in English (both written and spoken), German is an advantage
- Enthusiastic and proactive personality
- Eager to learn with a positive and curious mindset
