Summary
We are the first Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place in Switzerland with over 550 guest rooms, directly connected to the Circle Convention Center with over 2,800 square meters of event space. The convention center is also operated by Hyatt and can accommodate up to 2,500 guests. The hotel is in the most central and best connected location in Switzerland, by the Zürich Airport.
**Your tasks and requirements**:
- Obtain knowledge of the hotel layout, location, critical technical infrastructure, fire detection and control systems, equipment, emergency exits, evacuation procedures and response plans, elevator services and parking facilities.
- Test and monitor installed emergency preparedness safety equipment in all areas of the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, staff and property of the entire hotel.
- You will partake in activities such as fire prevention training, guarding, orientation and supervise staff, evacuation support.
- Monitor investigations and report all claims relating to theft, accidents, injuries, property damages, vandalism and offences by guests and visitors.
- Guest room service, technical preparations for daily operations
- Inspection rounds on all Hyatt areas.
