**THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER**
- Warehouse management
- Support Operations Manager in handling our rangers including training, shift management, etc.
- Ranger tasks (including Swapping, Rebalancing, etc.)
- Supervise TIER’s daily operation. Manage our scooter fleet and make sure our daily operations are running smoothly
- Support Operations Manager in making sure that the fleet is intact, active on the street, and core KPIs are hit (e.g. rides/scooter)
- KPIs understanding and reporting
- Create and optimise processes
- find areas where we could improve
- Execute strategies to increase our efficiency and make sure the team follows
- Be involved in cost management efforts
