Private Equity Director

Our client, a premier European investment organization known for its strategic and innovative portfolio management, presents a golden opportunity for a driven Private Equity Director. This organization is committed to professional growth, evidenced by successful business models and multiple lucrative exit processes, providing a dynamic environment for personal and career development.

Role Responsibilities:

- Identify investment opportunities, conduct market analyses, and evaluate companies and their financial performance.
- Lead due diligence investigations and analyze legal, financial, and operational aspects to inform investment decisions.
- Prepare investment recommendations and presentations for the investment committee to drive company objectives.
- Negotiate and structure transactions, understanding essential documentation for successful deals.
- Monitor and manage portfolio companies, develop exit strategies, and implement value-added initiatives.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, manage risks, and report on portfolio performance to management and investors.

**Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of experience in private equity or investment banking/M&A consulting with PE transactions.
- Proven track record in sourcing investment opportunities and executing at least five successful transactions.
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of purchase, loan, and shareholder agreements.
- Extensive network with financial institutions and medium-sized companies.
- Business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in leading deal teams.
- Studies completed at a university/technical college, fluent in German, English, and ideally French/Italian.
