**Your role**
- Are you a team player interested in acting as the interface between internal and external clients? Would you like to expand your banking knowledge and excel in high pressure environments?
- We are looking for an Operational Key Account Manager to:
- act as the main point of contact for asset managers and introducing them to UBS custody products and services, guide them through the onboarding; understanding requirements and developing tailored solutions for them
- manage and coordinate the custody on and off-boarding of UBS Financial Institutions, Institutional and Wealth Management clients and their asset managers inclusive of product setup, coordination of securities migration by liaising with our settlements teams, the external custodians and counterparties
- proactively and independently manage cases with strong risk focus and dealing with urgent escalations
- professionally handle relationships with internal ad and external stakeholders in accordance to the values and standards set by UBS
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Onboarding and Migrations Team within Wealth Management in Zurich-Altstetten. You will be part of an international, positive minded and highly committed team with a diversified background.
- We work closely with front and back office colleagues to manage and resolve queries from our clients globally. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services while continuously challenging our process efficiency and behavior.

**Your expertise**
- minimum 2-3 years of experience in the finance/banking industry
- understanding of securities and global custody products and passion for dealing with clients and timely resolving of client inquiries
- fast learner who can also work independently and implement new ways of working efficiently
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong interest and focus on clients relationships
- ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standard of service and ability to identify and mitigate risks
- high proficiency in English and German on a conversational level. French or Italian are an asset
