**Location**: Geneva, Switzerland
**Contract Duration**: 1 or 2 Months (November 2024)
**Hours**: 12 hours per day (live-out)
**Language Requirement**: English (fluency required)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert care for the newborn, including feeding, diapering, and monitoring health and development.
- Support and educate the mother on newborn care, breastfeeding, and recovery post-delivery.
- Assist with establishing a daily routine for the baby and mother.
- Monitor and report any changes in the baby's condition or the mother's well-being.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to the family during the adjustment period.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both mother and baby.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a maternity nurse or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Relevant nursing qualifications and certifications.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of newborn care and maternal health.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to handle sensitive situations with care.
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts daily for the entire month of November.
