For the Advanced Lithography and Metrology Group in the Laboratory for X-ray Nanoscience and Technologies we are looking for a

**Postdoctoral Fellow***:
EUV Lithography (sub-10 nm lithography)

**Your tasks**:
We seek for a person capable of conducting high quality research and independently managing research projects. You will become part of a vibrant research environment, using state-of-the-art instrumentation, notably at the XIL-II beamline of the SLS synchrotron, to perform your own and collaborative research on EUV lithography, especially for sub-10 nm patterning. Your tasks will be:

- Further development of the EUV interference lithography method
- Evaluation and development of photoresist materials for future technology nodes
- EUVL experiments at the XIL-II beamline of the SLS
- Close cooperation with internal and external (especially industrial) partners
- Performing research of highest quality and publication in high profile journals

**Your profile**:
You have a PhD in science or engineering. You have a keen interest in applied research in nanoscience and technology. After hands-on experience in nanolithography and nanofabrication, you look for new challenges and you are eager to learn new methods. You are an innovative, self-motivated team player with excellent communicational and organizational skills, able to work independently and within the framework of the project. Experience in some of the following fields will be of advantage:

- EUV lithography and generally photolithography
- Photoresists and related materials
- X-ray optics and synchrotron-based methods
- Nanocharacterization including SEM / AFM
- Electron beam lithography
- Clean room experience and nanofabrication techniques
