**Role & Responsibilities**:
MAKE Automation, Sciences & Technology (MAKE AS&T) is the Global MAKE functional pillar of the J&J Consumer Health Global Value Chain (GVC) Organization. It is the technical and operational excellence backbone of the Consumer Health Supply Chain providing Technical Ownership and Executional Excellence, maximizing the synergy of product, process, and equipment.

Digital Transformation is a critical component of the Consumer Health strategy to become a digital-first company. Consumer Health is investing significantly to align its manufacturing technology strategy and its global manufacturing strategy, focusing on data, digital, and automation to bring Consumer Health Supply Chain’s manufacturing capabilities to the next level.

The MAKE Performance & Analytics Global Business Process Owner is responsible to manage, and continuously improving the process domain of ‘Manufacturing performance and analytics”. He/she is globally responsible for the business design, evolution, standardization of the process, and alignment across functions, markets/regions. You are responsible for the design, maintenance, and adoption of the process templates across all the systems and technologies in scope.

Business Process Ownership

The MAKE Performance & Analytics Global Business Process Owner is globally responsible for the process domain of ‘‘Manufacturing performance & analytics” defined as follows:

- All processes and KPIs definition and generation related to production monitoring & daily performance review at shop floor level, weekly performance review at business unit & value stream level, monthly & quarterly performance review at site level. Integration with the E2E Supply Chain performances is in scope.
- All processes related to the generation and monitoring of reporting and analytics in manufacturing
- All processes across all the franchises/products (Drugs, Cosmetics, Engineered Products, Medical Devices, etc) and production technologies (liquids, solids, packaging & molds, etc) are in scope.

You are the focal point for all aspects related to the assigned process domain - benefit realizations, process improvements, service requests, new functionality, business operations, issue escalation, reporting/analytics, and coordinating future projects/ enhancements:

- Drive business process standardization, identify areas of improvement, and innovation with drive alignment and adoption of best practices across functions, markets/regions.
- Provide oversights and active management of the process templates across all the systems and technologies in the scope of the process domain working closely with the MAKE global platforms team and regional MAKE teams. Be responsible for the creation & maintenance of all required process-related documentation. Establish knowledge and documentation management governance in the process domain of responsibility.
- Establishment and maintenance of a network of functional experts/Key Super Users within his/her process domain.
- Controlled and compliant implementation of process changes including all Change Management and Change Control processes working closely with the MAKE global platforms team, Program/Project teams, and regional teams, ensuring essential capabilities for business management and development are correctly configured and providing leadership and approval in change control boards and governance processes.
