Business Processing Securities Operations, Payments

Aufgaben

Processing client orders whose sole purpose is the transfer of client assets to another bank or vice versa / Coordinating and executing and/or receipt of asset transactions as agreed / Communication of delivery details with the sales desks (Private Banking / Asset Management) as well as with the target bank / Ensuring timely execution of client orders / Ensuring the highest execution quality to avoid complaints / Controlling and monitoring of instructions for transaction processing / Postings in the systems when generating physical securities deliveries as well as postings of internal corrections regarding cost price, position currency, allocation difference, etc. / Processing of waiver declarations / Regular communication with the target bank regarding the execution of client orders / Processing of internal corrections regarding cost price, position currency, allocation difference, etc. / Processing of internal corrections regarding cost price, position currency, allocation difference, etc. / Receipts and deliveries of securities / Processing of waivers / Regular communication with internal units in the international group / Optimization of systems and processes as well as coordination projects in an international middle/back office / Ad-hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Professional experience in securities processing in the middle or back office or proactive career changer with interest in securities processing / Interest in working quickly and efficiently / Interest in high quality in work processes / Team and service orientation even in hectic moments / Ability to work independently / Reliable, communicative personality with a service mindset / Interest in various IT systems / MS Office skills / German and English.
