**À propos du poste**:
**Le technicien de production a pour objectif principal de réaliser les activités liées au processus de fabrication d’une substance pharmaceutique active.**

**Comment vous contribuerez**:

- Vous êtes responsable de respecter les normes cGMP, BDP et EHS.
- Vous réalisez les activités process de routine.
- Vous réalisez quelques activités hors routine.
- Vous êtes responsable de remonter les problématiques techniques et/ou organisationnelles.
- Vous êtes responsable de votre formation.
- Vous êtes impliqué dans la proposition d’idées d’améliorations continues.
- Vous assurez le partage de connaissances avec les collègues.
- Vous êtes responsable de la bonne exécution de votre travail.

**Ce que vous apportez à Takeda**:

- BAC + 2 ou CFC (options biotechnologie, chimie, biologie, biochimie) ou équivalent.
- Bonnes connaissances dans l’un des procédés suivants : culture cellulaire et/ou purification de protéines, activités de support process sur une ligne de production.
- Idéalement CFC de technologue en production chimique et pharmaceutique ou diplôme équivalent.
- Idéalement, une première expérience réussie dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, agro-alimentaire ou chimique.
- Connaissances des règles de Bonne Pratiques de Fabrication (cGMP).
- Connaissance de l’environnement de travail en zone à atmosphère contrôlée.
- Connaissances des logiciels du pack office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Bonne communication verbale et écrite en français (niveau minimum B2).
- Avoir un fort esprit d’équipe et de partage.
- Disponibilité et flexibilité.
- Sens de l’organisation.
- Caractère dynamique et volontaire.
