- Murten, Switzerland(Junior) Group Company Controller
- We are looking for a team-oriented (Junior) Group Company Controller with strong can-do attitude, who is willing to take ownership while growing and move to the next step in their career by joining a leading provider of hearing care solutions. If you are energetic to keep pace with a dynamic and complex workplace, curious and ready to add value and challenge the way things are done you will master this role.-
- The position involves supervision over general accounting, property accounting, cost accounting, and budgetary controls. You will directly report to the Senior Finance Manager R&D.**Your tasks**
- Development, analysis, and interpretation of statistical and accounting information
- Liaise with FSSC (Finance Shared Service Center) and corporate tax department
- Assure and enhance Revenue and Opex Controlling for all functional areas on site
- Establish major economic objectives and policies for the company and prepare reports that outline the company's financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operation
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institute and maintain other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system), and analyze and report variances
- Coordinate and conduct annual audits with external audit company in connection with statuatory financial and group reporting audits
- Support the Managing Director in the local implementation, roll-out and regular staff training and ongoing monitoring of the Sonova corporate Compliance policies and processes

**Your profile**
- University Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related major, CPA or equivalent
- Further education in Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance and controlling function
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Applications, SAP, and Cognos
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinker, goal-oriented, with a self-dependent mode of operation
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), other languages such as French and/or German would be beneficial
