- As a Head of Human Resources for our local entity in Murten, you drive organizational development and change management in line with the group and company strategy with focus on high employee commitment and strong innovation culture. You will be responsible for the establishment, implementation and maintenance of Human Resources policies, activities and programs in line with Sonova HRM Standards. In this role you are member of the local Management Team and manage a team of currently 2 specialists.**Your tasks**
- Development of a modern HR management for Sonova Communications AG according to group policies, standards and procedures as well as local customs and legislation
- Creation and Implementation of local personnel-related policies and procedures according to local benchmarks where no group wide standard is given
- Steering of HR processes in close collaboration with the line management
- Proposal of appropriate solutions and assures a close collaboration with local management by acting as business partner. (Appraisal process, salary reviews and revenue related processes, employee surveys etc.)
- Effectively manages staff recruiting in line with the group company strategy and ensures efficient introduction of new employees with tailor-made program(s).
- Contribution to the development of the organization, the teams, the management / leadership functions and the culture (vision, mission, values, leadership)
- Guides line managers to determine training and development needs and programs of their employees with the target to maintain up-to-date competence level of staff
- Assists in the development of individual development plans. Develops and monitors training budgets
- Responsible to foster the succession planning and to develop key position holders and keeps attention to the internal staffing quote also related the gender distribution
- You develop, maintain and monitor compensation programs, including salary ranges and bonus structures and ensures fair internal compensation structure
- Responsible for the personnel budget process in collaboration with Finance & Controlling

**Your profile**
- Business degree and further education in Human Resources Management or similiar
- Minimum of 5-6+ years of work experience in HR Specialist or managerial role
- Knowledge to cover the whole bandwidth in HR from Administration and System to Culture and Leadership
- Very good knowledge of German, English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent people, organizational and negotiation skills
- Ability to think in solutions as well as willingness to take on responsibility
- Strong curiosity and community building skills paired with empathy and drive
